Grind 1/2 onion, chilli powder, coriander powder, cinnamon and clove powder, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and salt to a smooth paste.
Mix grounded masala with keema.
In a pan heat oil add chopped onions and fry till translucent. Add 1/2 capsicum and 1 tomato
Add keema mix well.
Cover lid and cook in low flame.
After keema is cooked add an egg.
Mix well and fry till eggs are done. Keep this for stuff g for roll
Make dough of wheat flour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil by adding water. Like chapathi dough. And roll into flat circular chapathi.
Heat tawa put rolled chapathi on tawa, cook for few seconds and flip the chapathi. Apply tomato sauce all over the chapathi
Put keema masala prepared.
Add sliced capsicum, sliced onion and cheese. Can also add cabbages.
Roll it
Fold in the bottom of roll
Cover with a tissue paper and serve hot with tomato sauce
